REPORTS & PLANS Official Community Plan The Official Community Plan is a statement of general objectives and policies regarding the form and character of present and projected development in the community. * 2010 Official Community Plan Annual Reports Pursuant to the Community Charter, each year, Council must prepare an annual report which must be available for public inspection. * 2011 Annual Report CARIP Reports The Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP) is a conditional grant program that provides funding to Climate Action Charter (Charter) signatories equivalent to one-hundred percent of the carbon taxes that they pay directly. This funding supports local governments in their efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move forward on achieving their Charter goals. |
