Envelopes must be clearly marked "Surplus Equipment Bid" in order to be considered. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone, and unsuccessful bidders will be notified by letter. Bid amounts are subject to applicable taxes.
The District of Houston reserves the right to accept any qualification submission received, to reject any or all qualification submissions, in whole or in part, to waive irregularities or formalities as deemed appropriate, and to request clarification of any qualification submission. All submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope quoting the competition number and listing the company name and relevant contact information. The District of Houston will not accept any proposals, tenders or quotations submitted by fax or email. Questions regarding a Request for Tender, Proposal or Quotation will not be answered by any other means except in writing to the designated contact person.
