Request for Quotations - Procurement of Winter Sand

Solicitation Number: 2017-1735A

The District of Houston is seeking qualified contractors to provide winter road sand and 25mm minus aggregate to meet specifications specified in the Request for Quotations. Competition rules must be complied with as stated in the Request for Quotations.

All submissions must be in a sealed envelope and marked as “Procurement of Winter Sand” and list the name of the proponent. All submissions must be received by no later than 2:00pm on Thursday, October 26, 2017. All submissions will be opened in public at that time.

This is not a call for tenders. Contract Packages are available at the District of Houston Municipal Office or online at Qualified local bidders will be provided with a 5% preference as per the District’s Purchasing & Tendering Policy.

Request for Tenders - Leisure Facility & Arena Vending Services Contract

Solicitation Number: RFT 2017-1220-06

The District of Houston is seeking qualified contractors to provide a food and beverage service based from automated vending machines at the Houston Leisure Facility and Claude A. Parish Memorial Arena. This contract will be a one year contract with the ability to renew for two additional one year terms subject to mutual agreement.

Interested Contractors are asked to submit completed tender documents and proposed work schedule as part of the tender package. All Contractors interested in submitting tenders must submit completed tender packages by 2:00pm, (local time) on November 9, 2017. Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with all completed documents for the scope of this tender, or the tender will be disqualified.
