Part-time Receptionist I

The Houston Leisure Facility has an opening for one Part-time Receptionist I - apply today!

Primary Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Leisure Services and directly supervised by the Leisure Facility Supervisor, this position provides customer, clerical and cashiering support to the Leisure Facility. This includes maintaining providing effective customer service; processing a variety of transactions as related to admissions, bookings, and other sales; maintaining records, files and inventory reports; greeting customers, answering telephone calls, and directing customers to the appropriate services; maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the front desk and public spaces; and providing information about municipal leisure programs and services. Additional information regarding specific job duties and requirements are described in the position’s job description.

Required Qualifications:
• Completion of High School Diploma
• Minimum one years’ experience in related position
• Standard first Aid or equivalent, CPR C, AED
• Criminal Record Check will be required prior to confirmation of employment
• Sufficient experience demonstrating the ability to perform key requirements of the position

Casual Lifeguards

The Houston Leisure Facility has a standing opening for Casual Lifeguards - inquire today about position availability!

In order to qualify, you must have certification from the National Lifesaving Society, a CPR "C" Certificate, and First Aid Level 1 training. Previous experience as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certification are preferable, but not necessary for the position.
