Water and Sewer Rates

Water and sewer rates are reviewed annually and set by bylaw. The fees collected help to fund the current systems and ensure that old infrastructure can be replaced as necessary.

Residential fees are invoiced on the property owner's property tax statement for the year, but are not subject to the same payment schedule as property taxes. Additionally, utility fees for the current year may be paid at any time during the current year.

The most recent changes to water and sewer rates occurred in 2017.
