Expression of Interest - Claude Parish Memorial Arena Concession Lease
The District of Houston is inviting expressions of interest from motivated individuals or organizations for the furnishing of equipment, supplies, and staffing necessary to provide food/beverage concessions at the Claude Parish Memorial Arena throughout the arena season (October to March).
The Claude Parish Memorial Arena facility has a skating rink, separate viewing room, and a large seating capacity. The facility is booked by a wide range of user groups, with an average of 45 hours of scheduled usage per week, primarily between the hours of 3:00pm and 9:00pm Monday to Friday during the ice season, excluding tournaments.
The actual business hours of the concession will be negotiated with the District of Houston and Lessee. Hours are anticipated to total no less than 20 hours in a Monday-Friday work week, with additional hours on weekends scheduled for tournaments and events.
