Qualified proponents interested in responding to the RFP are required to do so in writing via email by Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Submissions must be delivered by email to Tasha Kelly, Director of Leisure Services at firstname.lastname@example.org before the closing time. The submission must include RFP 2020-04 Community Hall Design & Construction Costs and the company name in the email subject line. Any submissions sent in that do not meet the mandatory criteria will be automatically disqualified.

While it is anticipated that this Request for Proposal may lead to a Contract for the requested services, the District of Houston reserves the unfettered right to determine the next steps in the process which may include negotiation with the selected front runner(s), issuing a Tender or Request for Proposals to shortlisted Respondents only, issuing a tender or Request for Proposals to more than the intended number of shortlisted respondents, collapsing the entire process entirely or pursuing a different selection process altogether.
The District of Houston reserves the right to accept any qualified submission received, to reject any or all submissions, in whole or in part, to waive irregularities or formalities as deemed appropriate, and to request clarification of any submission.
