RFP 2019-15 Firehall

The District of Houston is requesting proposals from qualified consultants interested in completing a concept design and construction costs for a new Fire Hall in Houston, B.C.

Qualified proponents interested in responding to the RFP are required to do so in writing by Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Submissions must be delivered with three hardcopies to the District Office by the closing time in a sealed and opaque envelope. No submissions will be accepted by electronic submission, i.e. e-mail to District staff or by facsimile. Any submissions sent in an unsealed envelope or not meeting the mandatory criteria will be automatically disqualified.

Submissions must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

2019 RFQ - Janitorial Services

The District of Houston is seeking qualified contractors to provide janitorial services at the Municipal Office, Community Hall, and Public Works Shop in Houston, BC. Duties include regular cleaning duties of a general nature and event set up on an as needed basis. Any proponents interested in submitting a bid must attend a mandatory site tour at 2:00pm (local time) on December 16, 2019 at the Municipal Office to ensure that the scope of work is understood by interested proponents.

Interested Contractors are asked to submit completed Quotation Documents and a proposed work schedule as part of the Quotation Package. All Contractors interested in submitting Quotations must submit a completed Quotation Package by 2:00pm, (local time) on December 20, 2019 to the District Office in a sealed and opaque envelope. No submissions will be accepted by electronic submission, i.e. e-mail to District staff or by facsimile. Any submissions sent in an unsealed envelope or not meeting the mandatory criteria will be automatically disqualified.

RFQ 2019-17 Fuel Services

Solicitation Number: 2019-17
Release Date: December 9, 2019, 2019
Closing Date: December 31, 2019 @ 2:00 P.M.

The District of Houston is requesting quotes from interested outlets to enter into a 36-month contract for access to fuel sources 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Annual fuel usage by the District of Houston is estimated to be +/- 45,000 litres of Diesel; +/- 18,000 litres of Gasoline. The District of Houston requires direct billing that shows the transaction date, litres pumped, equipment number and operator number or name, with priority sorting of invoice by equipment number.

Interested outlets are asked to complete the Quotation Form (Appendix A) by 2:00 p.m., local time on December 31, 2019. Quotations shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with all completed documents for the scope of this Quotation, or the Quotation will be disqualified.
